- Orders are not processed on weekends or Finnish public holidays.
- If additional verification is required, processing may take longer and we will inform you by email.
3. Delivery Areas
- Finland: Nationwide delivery, including mainland addresses.
- International: Selected countries within and outside the EU, subject to carrier availability and customs requirements.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Finland: 2-4 business days after dispatch.
- EU destinations: 4-10 business days after dispatch.
- Non-EU destinations: 6-15 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.

5. Shipping Costs

When tracking is available, we provide tracking information after dispatch. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct and that the package can be received at the provided address.
8. Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Parcels
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to sender.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- Unclaimed parcels may be treated as a return according to our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
9. Damaged or Missing Parcels
